Refund policy

I personally take great care in inspecting each item before shipment to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. :)

If you are unsure about sizing or have any questions at all, please check the size charts in the description of the product or send me an email at support@afkapparel.gg. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have!

In case you want to return or exchange your order, please e-mail me at support@afkapparel.gg with your order number and details.

I accept returns and exchanges, under the following conditions:

• within 7 days of order delivery
• new, unworn, unwashed, no stains & odors
• tag attached

A flat fee of $5 for the return shipping label will be deducted from the return total or charged if requesting an exchange. (Note: There may be an additional fee if returning or exchanging multiple items).

For returns, once I receive your item(s), you will be refunded within five to seven business days via the same method you used for payment. 

For exchanges, once I receive your original item(s) and the return label is paid for, I will ship out the new item(s).

Cancellations

Please contact me ASAP at support@afkapparel.gg if you would like to cancel your order. If your order has not been processed yet, I may be able to cancel your order. 

Please note, I cannot guarantee a cancellation after orders are placed.

If your order has been cancelled, you'll receive an email notifying you of the order cancellation. Credit card companies may take up to 5 business days to return the payment back into your account. I ask that you kindly check with your payment provider.
